Privacy & Confidentiality
I understand that consultations often involve personal goals, breeding program development, health information, pedigrees, training challenges, and other sensitive topics. All information shared during consultations, including photos, videos, pedigrees, health records, and supporting documentation, is treated with discretion and respect. Information will not be shared with third parties without permission except where required by law.
Consultation Materials
Clients are welcome to submit photos, videos, pedigrees, health records, training logs, and other supporting materials prior to their appointment.
Submitted materials remain the property of the client and will be used solely for consultation purposes. Written recommendations, evaluations, summaries, training plans, and educational materials provided during consultations remain the intellectual property of Rhapsody Vizslas and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without prior written permission.
Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled once at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund, less any applicable processing fees.
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are generally non-refundable. No-show appointments are considered forfeited and are not eligible for refund. Life happens. If an emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate reasonable circumstances.
Payment & Refund Policy
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
Consultation appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received.
Because consultations reserve dedicated time and often involve review of submitted materials, refunds are not available after services have been rendered.
